Regina Caeli Wellness Center

“Regina Caeli” – latin translation - “Queen of Heaven”.

We chose Mary, Jesus’s mother, who is the Queen of Heaven, as our model at Regina Caeli Wellness Center.

Why?  She represents the best of motherhood. Motherhood is about caring, selflessness, other people.

So?  Well, we strive to care for our guests, to the best of our limited ability, at our wellness center.

How?  Several reasons –

Quiet, peaceful setting.  Our center is located near Dallas, Texas but away from the maddening pace of the city and nestled in a very quiet, peaceful country setting.

Personal attention.  Each guest is treated with individual care and attention because each guest is unique with a unique life situation.

Unique facility.  Our hyperbaric gymnasium is the only one of its kind in the world.  It was specifically designed for our guests by our research scientist (and research director, Merrel) to overcome drawbacks encountered with existing hyperbaric technology.  What are those drawbacks?  Let’s look at four of them.

1.  claustrophobia -  Individual chambers our akin to tanning beds in size so a person is confined in a tight space for an hour or more.  Our chamber is 714 sq ft and 30 feet high on the inside of the chamber -  imagine a small planetarium – that’s it.

2.   Accessibility – Once in the individual chamber you are there until the session is finished.  No one can access you without decompressing the chamber.  Our chamber is different.  One of our staff can either accompany you in the chamber and stay with you if you like.  Or, if you are alone in the chamber and need something we can enter the chamber during the session without disturbing the pressure.  How is this possible - Two airlocks – Our chamber has two airlock chambers that allow us to access our guests without disturbing their treatment.

3.  Mobility – Because our chamber is so large (remember, a small planetarium) a guest can choose to relax in a zero gravity recliner, ride an exercise bike, do stretching exercises on an exercise mat, or work out with weights on a Marcy multifunctional gym.  Or, perhaps you would like a chair or table massage, or even a nutritional IV, while in the chamber.  Just ask.

4.  Price  -  Traditionally, hyperbaric oxygen chamber treatments have been expensive. Everyone who has sought out this treatment is aware of this. Think of the person with a migraine headache or a panic attack or a severe episode of depression or some other condition who never thought of having a hyperbaric session because it was too costly.  With an individual or family membership you can have as many one hour sessions as you like for $35 per one hour session.

So, consider Regina Caeli in your path to physical and spiritual wellness.

Pax Christi tecum,
